Creating a Support Ticket
1. From the navigation menu on the left, click "Tickets" to get started
2. The tickets page shows current tickets and their status.
3. Click the "Create New Ticket" button to bring up the New Ticket dialog box.
4. Fill in details for each section such as email priority, attachments, and description.
5. Click Save when complete to submit the ticket!
6. The Ticket's details page will be shown after initial submission, and is also where ticket status can be tracked.
